Create an account, choose a plan, then download the latest build from your account.

Sign in with the email address used for your subscription, then check that billing shows an active plan. If it does and the download is still unavailable, contact us below.

Confirm that you selected the correct target and that the file was not renamed or changed after export. Try exporting it again. If it still fails, include the DAW or device and its version in your message.
